THANK YOU everyone for paying your 2024 HOA Due that covers January 1, 2024 till December 31, 2024.
HOA dues must be received no later than January 31st of the year it is due to avoid late fees. Current HOA Dues are $150.00/year. Additional $25 late fee applies if you pay after January 31st of the year it is due.
2025 DUES are not due until January 01, 2025. Click here to pay your $150 HOA dues online with PayPal.

NEW: All home sale occurring on or after June 1, 2023 will have a ONE TIME $350 transfer or set up fee (everytime a home is sold, including foreclosure sale or short sale) charge to new owner to cover increasing maintenance costs of common area without increasing our annual $150 due.
